Yes, but there is technically a 24 hour cap. You're not supposed to park overnight, but it is also essentially not enforced for occasional situations for the few cars left overnight. Sometimes people go out drinking and do not return to their cars. In my experience, you likely would be safe having the car overnight for a night.
