I recently just moved in and I love it! I find it's perfect for small families or single people like me. Recently they just got a new property manager and I love her. Being a graduate student and renting out my first apartment she has definitely helped me understand the whole processes. Denisse made my move in so smooth I didn't had to worry about a thing with a apartment. She made sure that the whole apartment was cleaned and everything was fixed before I moved in. From what I heard from my next door neighbor the apartments were doing really bad because they had no manage and then Denisse came in and started fixing everything up. She makes things happen here, if you have an issue or any kind she will call everyone to fix the problem. She is fixing the parking issues and isn't letting anyone break the rules which I love about her because that tells me that the building will always be in order. My neighbor also told me that it was always difficult to get someone from maintenance to come and fix things around the apartment like leaky faucets but now with Denisse she makes the people from maintenance to work no more slacking around for them! I definitely recommend the apartments and I recommend to talk to Denisse!!!! 10/10

Celsius has super nice apartments. I love the size, the kitchens beautiful, bathrooms are huge, and they’re decent sized apartments. I wish there was guest parking or that everyone could have two parking spots, that’s been a big issue for us. The dog area is absolutely disgusting. Not a lot of people pick up after their dog, weeds aren’t picked, mushrooms are growing, and my dogs have gotten kennel cough twice since we’ve lived here from taking them into the dog run even if it’s just them.

The upkeep of each floor it seems that vacuuming happens once a week on Monday. The foot traffic between animals and people produce a lot of trash and animal hair that needs to be attended to more than once a week. The smell in the garage from the areas designated for animals to take care of their business can be overwhelming with smell. Possibly having additional air Deodorizers in the elevators will also help with odors. Thank you

My family and I love living at Celsius! The living units are very modern with beautiful marble counters and efficient appliances including a washer and dryer. The Trolley depot is just across the street, and bus stops are less than a block away. I love parking in the secure first floor garage and access to Hwy 94 a block away. The best part is the neighbors are nice, and the staff are professional. It's super easy to pay rent online and make maintenance requests. I'm writing this review because I am so grateful for how well a recent request was handled. The community director, maintenance staff and the 3rd party contractor all did a great job! I was so happy the request that I put in online at 1:30ish in the morning was complete by 5pm that day.
