Light stretching by yourself can give you some of those "cracks" associated with chiropractic but nothing can truly replicate a specific chiropractic adjustment by trained chiropractor

Yes, we do offer care to patients of all age ranges. We use many different types of therapy in our chiropractic appointments that are suitable for children such as light manual therapy for muscles, light stretching, exercises and K laser treatments depending on the injuries.
Yes we are open on Saturdays and have chiropractic, stretch therapy, massage and personal training all available. We also have a group class for spinal stability and mobility called Chiro Class available.
