Ordered 1000s of $ worth of floor tile. They came much earlier than we expected so we weren’t ready to lay down the tile. Box we opened to check the order was fine. Flash forward 3 weeks later, open the rest of the boxes and almost half of the entire shipment was broken. Ok. Call them to let them know and they tell us they won’t replace them. It’s past 2 weeks since they were shipped and they won’t acknowledge they sent us broken tiles. What!?! How can you do business like that. HALF THE ORDER IS BROKEN. Needless to say, they don’t operate in good faith and I would not purchase tile from them if I were you!

Thalia was very helpful. We were just ordering some broken tiles for a mosaic project. Come to find out they sell Mosaic tiles by the pound for a $1.95. they are broken tiles perfect for my project. Thalia was very helpful and taking our information and getting our order filled. Very fast customer service excellent knowledge of tile I strongly recommend terra y fuego!

Beautiful tiles, website easy to use to help design a tiled area. All the tiles I ordered arrived in perfect condition and have stayed perfect through the installation. The counter top I made from the Talavera tile is gorgeous. Customer service was also excellent - the tiles were shipped promptly, and on one occasion, when there was a question, I was contacted by phone to ensure that they shipped exactly what I wanted. I would definitely order tiles from this company again, assuming I have something else to tile!
