Recently I've noticed some new faces behind the meat counter. I was taken aback by one employee whose rudeness and gang type speak caused me some upset. Normally the guys and gals who work the meat department are friendly and helpful. This particular employee was bad mouthing customers with comments like "if you don't like it, you can go somewhere else" and using foul language. I know workers are hard to find right now Ralphs, but you can do better.

I never shop at Ralph's I'm always in the area. Anytime fitness is there. Soapy Joe's is there I'm there daily. I do most of my grocery shopping at Albertsons up the street not a fan of Ralph's but have no reason not to give them 5 stars.

Sarah (8:55 pm march 7 2021) was FANTASTIC!! Veronica (6:30 pm Feb 16 2020) was amazing. There were only two checkstands open and hers was one of them. The store was really busy and she went above and beyond for the customers. I'm sure she was stressed (I would be) but she was super polite and friendly! Handled the business with grace.

Have had great experiences with employees at self check out. Always helping me type in numbers and get in and out of line as fast as possible. Good selection, pricier than most other places but then again, it is much nicer and without the riff raff.
