On Aug. 4, I experience a horrible encounter with one of the security officer there who was "drunk with power." Watch out if you don't buy anything. Looking for Palmolive Soft/Touch/Almond Milk & Blueberry Scent. They didn't have any so I didn't purchase anything. Outside the store the security officer accosted me and inferred that I shoplifted. Marched me back in the store to speak with the manager of the day. I told her she could take everything out of my personal cart and compared it to all my receipts. She said that wasn't necessary! I did call the store and complained to Management the next day. Management called the security company and reported him to his supervisor. Supervisor said that wasn't their policy and he would take care of. I understand there is a big problem with the Homeless but there has to be a better way of handling this.Don't treat your regular customers this way. If this happens to you call and report it to the store manager. Apparently this happen to a woman 4 months ago. I won't ever go in that store again or buy on line.

Definitely needs some love and tlc it was dirty and for the prices I rather shop at Costco. You have to ask someone in the store for you cans baby formula then be told they're out on the shelves not to find any after they tell you they have what you need, and its not in stock.

Shopping experience here is always good. Everything is always stocked. I love how you can buy bulk or regular sizes. Def one of my favorite stores. You can get everything you need all in one stop.

Just visited this Smart & Final tonight (third time today). I went in to buy dog food for my mom’s dog. They didn’t have what I wanted. I was stopped on the way out because I didn’t buy anything and was accused of shoplifting because I didn’t buy anything. I had to empty my purse to prove I didn’t steal anything - humiliating. Never again will I darken your door. Byeeeee!
