Ordered a curbside pickup, waited in my car for 30 mins, went inside restaurant they made me wait their and eventually i left without food as there is no one to answer the phone or to speak in store. Worst service ever. Never order curbside or anything from this place

My wife and I had a good experience from our visit. The service was a little slow, but our food was great and and server was working really hard. I got the Chicken Fajita Omellete and my wife got the Classic burger.

Nope! Save yourself the money and go anywhere else. If you're wondering how they've adjusted for covid, they haven't. There is the smallest waiting area ever and tons of people packed in. That's just a side note. My real issue is the food. I ordered to go. Ordered a kids meal and didn't get the eggs and got the wrong pancakes. Had to go back in and try to stay away from the jam packed waiting area. Asked for a cup of water, got butter. Ok. I ordered the Cali turkey melt. This was the most pathetic looking sandwich I've ever seen. I am so disappointed IHOP would actually try to pass it off as a meal. The cheese was shredded cheese not covering the whole bread and the turkey was 2 tiny pieces that barely covered any of the bread. The avocado was already brown, which I kind of understand, but there are ways to prevent that. I've attached pictures because well, they speak for themselves. This is exactly how my sandwich looked when I took it out of the container.

I could not get their website to complete my order last Sunday morning when they opened so I called in and the lady was so awesome as I tried to remember my order as I was driving there. They were busy and didn't seem to have a lot of staff in yet but I was greeted right away. The order was perfect with all the accompaniments, everything was fresh & delicious!
