We always love our Domino's location. And we have loved the brand ever since they remade themselves. We recently had a minor order prep issue (our 1st ever issue with them), but they went above and beyond to make things right for us. 10/10 would recommend!

Let me preface by saying that I realize the obvious answer is -why do you keep ordering from them. I think I am done. This store is horrible. My last 4 orders have been made incorrectly. When I call to tell them the order is wrong and ask them to fix it, the 4 responses I have received are "...its because you ordered like only 1 hr before we close, of course there's going to be mistakes", "umm....the person making pizzas tonight has been working here for a really long time, i DOUBT they messed up your order", and twice "you have to talk to the manager about it-call back tomorrow ". They never fix the order and there is never a manager to speak to. Secondly, and definitely more irritating-when the delivery driver comes to the door, they insist EVERY TIME now that I increase the tip because "we work only for tips, we don't get paid". Even if that were true, am I old fashioned to think it is still bad manners to ask for, nevermind DEMAND a tip, or more of a tip. Tonight's delivery driver actually put his foot in the door to keep my daughter from closing it while he accosted her regarding the tip (which was a little over 20% of the bill).

We order dominos 2-3 times a week, no joke. Our house was under renovation with no kitchen and dominos has been out go to. We moved to Sterling about 8 months ago and have ordered consistently over and over again, however even though our order is literally never perfect, we are generous with our tips and keep going back. (maybe stupidly!). This is the pic of my last sandwich and my finances was the SAME. literally 3 pieces of chicken (2 small pieces) on the whole sandwich. Burnt and zero sauce. It was awful. They forget to put sauce on 8/10 times even though we call to remind them. Last time we were one hold for 10 mins just to REMIND them to put on sauce. Terrible, terrible customer service. This place is awful. Save yourself and Run!
