Food was good, very slow service. A couple that got there 20 minutes after us was served first. I understand the difference in the time it takes to cook a steak and a hotdog but they're all sandwiches!! But generally a decent place to eat and the beer is cold❄️

Yesterday was our second time there and they were definitely having a bit of a rough night because we waited over an hour for our food but I've worked in kitchens before, they were down a fryer and I'm assuming are short handed just like everywhere else is at the moment. Our waiter was Luis and he was amazing. Super polite and checked with us multiple times to apologize for the wait. He was clearly getting overwhelmed and he never once was rude or snippy. He kept a smile and even with the long wait, he made our experience enjoyable. The food was great and I recommend trying the Irish nachos for an appetizer. I'm seeing alot of low reviews purely for the wait and I suggest impatient people maybe skip the restaurant that literally had signs on their door explaining there would be a wait. I also suggest not going if you're the type of person to blame your server as if they're the ones in the back making your food. I understand waiting isn't great, but they're only human and they're trying.

Went to Macado’s today at around 4 pm to beat the evening rush. We waited at the podium to be seated for 15 minutes without anybody bothering to just great us. We were a party of only 2 adults. We were then told that they would seat us at a table but we would not get any service for 30 minutes because they were waiting for more staff to show up. We left and went to Applebees for immediate friendly service and good food.

Macado's is a great restaurant. The interior of the restaurant is really amazing. They have aesthetically dipsplayed old tv shows, actors and stuffs. It's really amazing that they are sticking on to their tradition and culture. As for the food they have great menu with collection of different types of item. You can sit their enjoy your drink and have great food. Last but not the least their service is amazing.
