This Gamestop while smaller then most other gamestops has perhaps the most helpful staff i have ever encountered and this is coming from a former Senior Game Advisor from a different store. The store is always maintained and neat and things are easy to find.

I went in looking for a PS4 controller. An employee (with short purple hair...forgive me for not getting your name) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I received a controller. I cannot thank them enough! Their act of kindness was beyond what I could have asked for and I sincerely want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Had to drive 10 mins just to see if they had a console in stock because the new employees don’t answer the phone. Got there and one employee with his blue hair was talking the whole time while sitting down ignoring phone calls. Hire new people who care
