I love Wendy's. But this lack of being able to hire is no excuse to give someone cold soggy fries.i have eaten at this location many times. But this is the second time I had bad food at this location. I like the workers but they need a new manager. Better training.

I placed my order at 10:52 pm and got my food at 11.14 pm...then I got home and the food was cold the cheese didn't melt at all. I got 4 5 for $5.00 bags. I called several times and no answer. But a lot of carrying on makes no sense. Y'all need to step up or close down...there's no management at night time. I guess y'all don't care bout customers.

This Wendy’s has a clear issue with staff motivation and management. You will be in line for 30 minutes, 25 minutes of which will be spent watching staff filter in and out of the building. They are out of essentials including water, which was was a first for me. I’d avoid the experience and go to the location on Progress Ave.

Stopped here around 3pm on a Monday in the drive thru and no one came on to take my order. After waiting a good 5 mins and saying “hello?” several times and 2 other cars pulling up behind me, I went inside. No customers were in there, and the entire staff was standing around taking. I told them people have been waiting in the drive thru. No apology, no nothing. Poor customer service.
