Not five mins ago I was ordering from drive through . It took 5 mins to order and several repetitions on what I wanted I wanted 2 med caramel lattes 1 with extra shot expresso Simi sweet with whip cream the other a med caramel latte extra sweet we got 0 sweetness and 0 caramel and the lady at the window was basically saying we should have asked for 4 or 5 sugar first of all an im sorry would go a long way we had been patient and kind up until you Insinuated that we didn't order correctly im pretty sure I said what I wanted 6 times to the guy on the mic. He was new so we were just being kind . But please don't treat your customers that way !

Expect to wait over 25 minutes in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous! I received my pesto tomato melt - their featured food, and it didn’t have any roasted tomatoes on it. I don’t know why I keep coming back in hopes this place gets better- but it’s been the pits for years and I think I’m finally done.

I recently visited this location on a weekday around 11am. I ordered one of their breakfast sandwiches and an iced coffee. The sandwich was handed to me shortly after I arrived at the window, but it seemed none of the three employees wanted to make the iced coffee. Finally the guy running the register went to make it and he reappeared and disappeared several times with a partially filled cup, and then about 5 minutes later handed it to me at the window. I hadn't eaten all day but the first bite into the breakfast sandwich, cold water was the main taste. The egg was still partially frozen and had water running out of it, and this is when I noticed the bacon was still raw. I tossed both the sandwich and drink at the next trash bin. What a waste of $8!

Under new management. So apparently new owners have taken over. And as a regular customer I expected some growing pains during the transition which there were some and continues to be (i.e. the lobby is closed, drive thru only) but, this is the longest stretch with them that I've had with no complaints. The coffee has been made right (they never could get the sugar machine to work right, now it seemingly works well). The staff genuinely seems to be taking customer service seriously. As a lifelong customer of Dunkin' I am happy with the direction things are going and have been finding myself making more trips. Best wishes to the new owners and after the transitional growing pains, I'll be happy to come back to give the 5 star review.
