I have been a cradle Catholic my who life . So I'm aware of the New Mass and the Traditine Mass. Last year I attended daily Mass there for 2 months. It's a beautiful traditional church on the outside but a cold clicky atmosphere. Why ?lots of rejects from Immaculate Conception are there with the same cold unfriendly attitude to anyone they are have had a past . My father was the most hated guy back then because he was a mental social path. They took it out on me . The priests are cold , unfriendly. At this point I don't that church anymore. Because same cult experience as Immaculate Conception.

Very friendly people attend here. Very reverent, quiet, and holy. Fr. Gordon gave an amazing and clear-cut homily the Sunday we went. Totally recommend as this is the only in-communion Traditional Latin Mass parish in the area.

I absolutely adore this Catholic Church! IT Is MY FAVORITE!! ❤️. The FSSP Priests have a deep love of God and for all people. The Mass is beyond beautiful! They teach the true and simple Catechism that encompasses the beauty and peace of the Catholic Faith! Love the Latin rite of the mass! Your soul is lifted to love, heal, thank, and worship God at the highest level.

Takes me back to when I was a young man! I remember how our family and most of the other families all dressed up in their "Sunday Best" to go to Mass and we all carried Latin/English missals so we could follow along with the priest. We actually participated! I had forgotten how many Latin phrases we altar boys had to memorize so we could help the priest say Mass! I love to see the all the young families attending and the respect they (especially the kids) show during the service. I have found the parishioners to be very out-going and exuberant about living a Christian life. As an aside, the homemade food (not donuts) that is served after Mass is fantastic! A really great experience that had me watching Youtube to relearn how to follow a Latin Mass!

Our Saturday Confessions times are 30 minutes before the 6:30am and 9:30am Mass and also from 4-5pm.
Hello Amanda, all of the Masses are performed with permission according to the 1962 Rubrics. So they are all in Latin. However, the homilies are in English. Please let me know if I can help! God bless!
I am a parishioner from St Joan and it is FSSP, not SSPX. Diane Birch
