Great venue but has the world's MOST uncomfortable chairs!

Went to the three day first annual Utah Aeronautics Convention. It was good, but had a few scheduling glitches such as the tours of their new airline terminal. Convention parking was also an issue for the over 500 participants. We found limited parking on top of the public parking structure several blocks east from the convention center. The major meals were very good at the center. Next year the Convention will be in June, in Logan, Utah. That will be on Thursday through Saturday. We are planning to fly up and hope they will have transportation and reasonable lodgings near the Convention location.

Always a nice venue. Food is great. Rooms are clean and well lit. Love this place for conferences. Bathrooms on the third floor could be bigger though; always a line during the break at conferences. Love the outside area on the third floor. The seating is nice. Even the metal chairs outside on the third floor lean back. Escalators help a lot, but if you want to you can take the stairs which are pretty wide for large groups. Love the windows!

This is a nice building and very tastefully decorated. My two issues and why I only gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is no parking and I do mean no parking. Also, when you first walk in to the main entrance there is an elevator there you can take, but the crazy thing is it does not take you to the top 3rd floor, only the second floor. To get to the third floor you have to walk around the main room on the first floor and take escalators or an elevator on the other side to the 3rd floor. I think that is ridiculous, why would you not have that elevator go to the top floor. Both parking and building setup were annoying to me. Update - The building just responded to my post above, which I have to give them kudos for the response. However, while there may be a parking lot a block away it is still not convenient. Second, if you walk into the building from the small parking lot they have and walk down the hallway a little bit on the corner is an elevator and it does only take you to the second floor not the third so please do not respond back stating it does, it is just dishonest.

Taxi, Lift, and Uber services are available in our area. The Hyatt Place and Provo Marriott are located across the street.
Hi, Dan. We do not currently have a senior fair event on our calendar. You might be thinking of the Senior Expo at Mountain America Expo Center, though! Good luck!
Hi, Austin! If you have questions about CVX Live, you can check out their website cvxlive.com.
Hi, Jeanette Are you looking for to go to an event at Utah Valley University in Orem? Or at Utah Valley Convention Center in Provo on Center Street? We are not a part of Utah Valley University and are not located in the same town. Parking information and directions to our facility in Provo and can be found at: http://utahvalleycc.com/parking. Information for Utah Valley University in Orem can be found here: https://www.uvu.edu/. Have a great day!
Hi, Ronald. There are quite a few free parking options near our facility. Here is a link to download our parking map off of our website, utahvalleycc.com. Have a great day! http://www.utahvalleycc.com/themes/site/assets/images/UVCC-parking.pdf
The Utah Valley Convention Center is located on Freedom Blvd (200 West) in between Center Street and 100 North, just six blocks north of the FrontRunner Provo Central Station. Buses are available from Provo Central Station to the Utah Valley Convention Center as well. The new UVX bus route also leaves from the Provo Central Station and drops off a few blocks west of the UVCC on University Avenue/Center Street.
