This company definitely has their stuff together! Their customer service team, and their field crews are not only very well versed in their fields of expertise, however they also are very compassionate and understanding. They do not make you feel like a number (like most companies), but more like a member of a family.

We have only lived here in Deer Park and been a customer for three weeks and the power has gone out 4 times. Today it has gone out twice with less than an hour in between the power outages. The power is out each time for a minimum of 3 hours. This is absolutely ridiculous if I could go with Avista I would. Please fix your infrastructure if there are more people building houses etc... than add more lines and such so it can support more people.

We recently had Inland install power for us and we are extremely impressed with the service that we received. From the initial application process, to calling in and the people answering the phone, to actually getting the service installed, we had nothing but exceptional service. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly that we came acrossed. Additionally, the timing of the installation and inspections were all done quickly!

Inland Power has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time, possibly ever. Our neighborhood has been experiencing outages recently and I’ve become increasingly frustrated. I called to explain what’s going on and ended up talking to a few different employees. Each one took the time to explain clearly what’s going on and never seemed in a rush to get me off the phone.

Hi Jeremy - Inland Power has 41,984 meters and 7,369 miles of line. Thanks!
I have two accounts on my property. I don’t know how much it costs as it was already setup when I moved here.
What does the red light mean on the meter
Washington State is mandating wind power we need to start getting used to it
