NOT A GOOD PLACE. Bad experience. Got up charged, by so much. I asked for the build your pedicure and they did the classic which was more expensive and not what I asked for. Got a manicure on top of it within 5 days all of my nails chipped. I would NOT recommend them.

I had a horrible experience here. I had to wait for half and hour to start my appointment even though I was on their list. I decided to do a French manicure but was disappointed as all the white lines were uneven and some didn’t even go all the way across my nail. Overall not a good experience and I would not go back.

I have been coming to Kenzie's for years. Tiger does an amazing job and takes great pride in his work. They are simply the best! Since they do such quality work, this business is extremely busy, so it is best to make an appointment. The staff is always kind and accommodating when possible. Reviews of the staff being rude is misperceived as they are incredibly busy and doing their best to take care of everyone.

Terrible, rude and arrogant male nail tech. He pompously told me that he was the only good tech in the salon and said all of the female nail techs did not do a good job! He made himself look like such a jerk. The he burned my nails being so aggressive with the dremel, I had to get up and walk out half way thru!
