The staff was great to my father for a 15 day stay.

Nurses on 4th & 6th floor are rude. Had a family member stay at this building for several days on two different occasions this year alone for the same issue and both times the nurses had a "could care less" attitude. Not only toward my relative staying, but toward other patients. I overheard the nurses once while standing by the door complain about how annoying a certain patient was because of low oxygen levels and the constant need for assistance they required. That alone blew my mind and made me feel extremely uncomfortable leaving my family member's care in their hands. Doctors, imaging, etc were all great! Main issue is with the nursing staff...just gross. Anyone staying in Building B, I hope you all have a better experience than my family did.

My grandma has has quite a few surgeries here and ever single one was a huge issue for them actually paying attention to her afterwards, she’d be in heavy pain asking for help and medication but they would alway say that it just wasn’t true and she wasn’t feeling pain. I totally forgot you guys can feel her pain for her. Sike. Always had issue in the hospital period one of the worst ever, I live here in Salem and yet I’m always going to drive to Silverton for everything.
