The adovado burrito and street tacos are amazing! The margaritas are pretty great too! This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants πŸ˜‹

Los Dos Molinos is one our favorite restaurants, and New Mexico-style our favorite kind of Mexican food. Hubby's Relleno Dinner was delicious (New Mexico green chile is SO much better than the poblano chile restaurants increasingly use), and the hard shell ground beef taco he ordered on the side was crisp and generously filled. My Enchilada Dinner was quite good on the whole. The New Mexico green chile (sauce) was perfect in every way: consistency, flavor, heat level, but the thick handmade blue corn tortilla was tough, as if old. However, I've ordered this dish dozens of times and this is the first time I've been disappointed, and I'm confident the next one will be excellent. We both enjoyed the sides of rice and beans (whole, tender pintos--yum!). Almost forgot to mention the tasty cheese crisp with chopped green chiles. A great lunch overall! Service was well-paced, efficient and welcoming.

This place earns it reputation. The decor emits a super chill and fun vibe. The food is amazing!!! Perfect example of New Mexican style food. The use of chilies is on point. Salsas are delicious with actual heat in them. The garlic roasted pork meat is so juicy and tender. Give this place a try!

Looking for traditional New Mexican food? Here’s THE place. Just returned from a trip through Hatch NM, where I experienced awesome chile reminiscent of my childhood. On the off chance that this same experience could be found in Phoenix, went for lunch here. Fantastic food, hot and flavorful! The server mentioned that they had just received a truckload of chiles from New Mexico. What a find! Service was great, food was exceptional and ambience was traditional Mexican. Definitely worth frequent visits!
