I heard about forward on Instagram. I did some googling and the reviews were generally good, especially for the location near my home. I liked the idea of more attentive health care so I signed up. I followed the instructions to download the app and get started so I could schedule my baseline appointment. First thing was an in home blood draw. I thought this was weird because why not in the office, but scheduled it. I figured it was so the doc would have all of my labs for my baseline appt Then I got to scheduling my baseline. I noticed the doctors available were not the ones on the website for the location near my home. Then I started googling to see who might be the best fit. None were local. That's when I realized it was a virtual appointment. That is not what I was looking for and not what the website presents. SO, I figure I will give them a call. Uh, no, that's not even possible. They don't have manned phone lines. I emailed thru the app and was told they'd get back to me "in the coming days." I get better customer service from my Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. Really awful. DAYS for a response???!!! Completely unacceptable. UPDATE: I received a call from Forward and the very helpful representative helped me schedule my blood draw and baseline appointment. The person who did the blood draw was very nice and there was no wait. I received an email saying my sensor kit had been shipped and would arrive within 3 business days. It did not arrive.There was no tracking number. I am supposed to have my baseline appointment tomorrow morning but had to cancel because, according to the app, the sensors provide information essential to the appointment. The whole process thus far has been so inefficient. Using email as the primary way to communicate concerns and issues is a nonstarter

Wonderful experience. It's made me excited to be proactive in my health care. I love the technology. My doctor spent 1+ hours with me on my first visit. Highly recommend!

Very timely, super positive staff. Loved all the information, time and expertise of the doctor and staff. My last dr. told me they did not have enough time to discuss anything with me. Forward took their time, listened to my concerns and we addressed them together. Loved it!!

Great overall experience. The facilities are like a high end health spa. Everyone was on time and even early in my case. Most information and test results are provided in real time. The doctor actually listens and their tech takes real-time notes as well. I felt like I was in Minority Report. Looking forward to future consultations and seeing how they are on an ongoing basis.
