Purchased a pair of shoes for work at the store about 3 weeks ago. While at work on Friday noticed that my shoes started to squeak every time I took a step. Fast forward till Monday my off day I took my shoes and to see if I could simply get them replaced.Didn't have my receipt but I signed up for membership in the store on their computer, the girl said there was nothing she could do wouldn't even look it up. So I spent a $100 for pair of shoes that I can't wear unless I have earplugs in. The thing about it is I've been wearing sketches longer than she's been breathing. I only went to this store because I thought it would be easier than ordering online or buying from somewhere else like Walmart or big 5. Big mistake. I will not be going to this store ever again And I will not be recommending that people go there. "THANKS SKECHERS" for NOTHING!

Went in today to do a return on a pair of boots that didnt fit me right. Ended up leaving with a great pair of work shoes. I was helped out by the assistant manager first, but when there was an issue with my phone and the afterpay app the store manager went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. I left very satisfied and was reminded why I love skechers shoes so much! A+ customer service from the manager and assistant manager!

I just left Sketchers on HWY 2 in Spokane, Washington. In no way does this review reflect on a lovely young lady named Hannah. Thank you Hannah for your outstanding customer service It was great luck appreciated by me. 6 ⭐️ for you and I ask the District Manager to place my above comments in your personnel file, thank you. Upon my husbands and my entrance there were 4 employees on the floor. The Manager and 3 others. They were busy talking with each other. This is our 3rd visit to this location. We have purchased multiple pairs of Sketchers they are comfortable. Hannah was the only employee working for her $$ Until today we’ve never had an employee help us. We both had specific needs as we go to Hawaii on Wednesday. I needed sparkly sandals and my spouse needed new tennis shoes. There was a gentleman also in the store with a service dog. He dropped boxes 3 times that I saw. I noticed Hannah on her knees in the aisle fixing inventory by size. I asked for help and it was immediately given with size and wants. I purchased 2 pair and thanked her very much.

Husband likes skechers to drive in, he found 2 lightweight pairs of shoes. I went to the sales racks & found some flats for 60% off making them $24. I wear a 7, usually all sold out in my size.
