I took my car in for service and oil leak repair work. I met with Nathan, he was very professional, he has a great attitude. He provided excellent service, he explained the car leak issues. He answered all my questions. He ordered uber rides to and from my home during the repair time. I appreciated these free rides and the complimentary car wash. I will always take my car back and will hope to work with Nathan again.

We had a fantastic experience with the service department at this dealership! My daughter's older Camry freaked out and displayed all of the warning lights. We got it to Larry H. Miller and were fortunate enough to get Cole G. as our Service Advisor. Cole worked with both my husband and myself to figure out the best option for the car. The battery for this vehicle was ridiculously expensive to replace. Cole was kind enough to refund us the $130 "vehicle health check" fee. My daughter and her car are happily reunited. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Larry H. Miller Toyota's service department to anyone.

My wife is pregnant, so we decided to look for a larger vehicle. We test drove a vehicle and then wanted to see what her 2020 Mazda trade value would be. The sales person (Dimitri) came back and let us know they offered 26k. We both thought that seemed a little low for the crazy hyper inflated used market that currently exist, so we decided to hold off. Dimitri then responds,” Well what if I could get an extra 5 k for your trade in… would you buy today? “ Big red flag to me. Made me wonder why they wouldn’t be honest and do a fair deal from the beginning. Went to Parker Toyota and they offered the blue book range, which was 7k more. Larry H texted us after we left and tried to make it right a few days later. I just couldn’t trust them after they tried to take advantage of us. So I’d recommend driving out to Parker.

These guys are awesome! Worked with my financial situation and stayed 2.5 hours after closing just to make sure I got the car same day and was happy with it! Jovan in sales is amazing and stayed in communication through the whole process! the finance team there are super helpful too and did everything they could for me! I will definitely be going through them when I need another car. 12/10 experience and A+ service
