Sam was incredibly sensitive to the short lead time I gave him in engraving my dads urn. He kept his schedule, answered all my questions, even said he’d try to speed up the deadline, gave solid experienced advice, and then, when I came to pick it up, it was more than what I imagined. I brought in a wooden urn to be engraved. I was incredibly nervous to have it engraved because i wanted it to be perfect and I had some specific font and sizing requests, but Sam absolutely nailed it! I truly appreciated that he emailed me the layout first so I could approve it or make any changes before he actually did the engraving. The urn looks absolutely beautiful and just how I wanted it.
