It helped me decide my next steps and don't pressure on going with all their recommends. I have been to many different Auto Repair shops in Phoenix and must say that Greulich's is by far the best place to get your car repairs. The mechanics are very experienced and are very careful when working on vehicles. I also want to highlight that Austin was amazing. He offered me the best customer service I have ever experience in car shopt. There was no hassle with inflating prices to get more out of my pocket and no extra charge surprises after work was completed. I 100% recommend Greulich's Automotive Repair if you need any work done in your car.

I stopped going to this location about 2 years ago since every time I needed to get something as simple as an oil change it seemed to take them all day to do. Being a family with just one car this is very inconvenient for me. Most of the time they were nice enough to transport me back to my home which was nice and why I’ve chosen to give them at least 2 stars. So for the last 2 years I’ve been going to another shop but decided to give these guys another go this week since my oil change indicator light went off. I made an appointment online for Tuesday morning at 8am for a simple oil change. I borrowed a car from a neighbor and my husband and I dropped off our car at 7:45 on Tuesday morning. I told them I’d be back a little after 930 to pick it up which allowed me a chance to drop off all my 3 kiddos at school. I returned at 9:45 AM to pick up my car and after taking some time to look for my paperwork and keys they told me that they hadn’t even started working on my car!! Frustrated I just asked for my keys back and left. I’m not giving this shop any more chances. I don’t understand why repeatedly these guys can’t seem to get their act together and repair a car in a timely manner!! What’s the point in making an appointment!?!! If they are understaffed or too busy then don’t let me make an appointment! I am done!!!!!! And I hopefully this review helps others not waste their time with this shop.
