I took a sandal in for a simple repair on a Tuesday, was told it would be done on the next day. Called on Friday and it still wasn’t done do I had it fixed while I waited at another repair shop. The person at the counter said the ‘guy’ didn’t come in but it would only take a few minutes to fix. Do not recommend.

I had a protector put on the bottom of my Louboutins and also new heel studs. I think they did a very nice job with the installation and matching the color. I also had them replace my watch battery and they had very reasonable prices for both services. They were not able to replace the battery while I was there, I had to come back for that. I think most places are able to do it pretty quickly but either way it’s a good business and I recommend!

Shirley repaired a couple pairs of my shoes. They did a great job and made sure they were to my specific liking. One pair even looks like it’s completely brand new!

Hands down the best money I've spent on shoes. Took my beloved but tattered oxfords in thinking they were a lost cause (holes in the soles, leather losing its color). MVP brought them back in only three days looking brand new. Fantastic service and you can't beat the prices.
