My hubby and I finally decided to give this place a try today and it was the worst experience ever. The service started off great as we first sat down with the exception of the server being super chatty which we normally don't mind but everything went downhill from there. I ordered the Greek omelette with hash browns and a biscuit. My husband ordered the chicken fried chicken with scrambled eggs, red potatoes and pancakes. He asked for chocolate chips to be added to his pancakes. The food came out in a timely manner but it tasted so gross. The omelette was okay but the feta cheese looked like it had been sitting uncovered in the back of the fridge for months. The hash browns had a really bitter and fake taste to them. The only thing that was good was the biscuit. My husband's order was completely wrong, they gave him hash browns instead of red potatoes, gave him over easy eggs (which he hates!) rather than the scrambled ones he asked for. Lastly, his pancakes were drowning in chocolate syrup and whipped cream and that was way unexpected as his only additional request for them were chocolate chips. To make matters worse, the server took forever to come and check how the food was and even longer to bring the check. Visiting this place was a huge waste of time and money, you'd be better off stopping at McDonald's or jack in the box, their food tastes so much better and the service is impeccable compared to Biscuits Cafe.

This place is the worst! The last time we visited it took nearly 2 hours and food was cold. Decided to try it again, this time sat right down, food took about half an hour and then poached eggs were hard boiled and FULL OF EGG SHELLS! See pic attached. Although it is very close, I will never be back. They refunded the cost of my meal, but full price for my companion who had to sit thru my getting breakfast elsewhere. What a waste of time!

Love this place for a good breakfast. I went to 2; different locations in Phoenix. Both had the same great food, quick, efficient, and friendly staff. The menu choices and food are wonderful. There is plenty of space with even a busy crowd with minimal wait times. You have to stop in if you pass by one of these restaurants. They close at 2:30 pm. Go early and enjoy!!!
