Ordered through drive through. Lady taking orders not friendly even slightly & seemed like she hated being there. Then they said they ran out of Mac n cheese. They said it was an 8 minute wait. 20 mins later I walked in and asked where the food was. They said they forgot and someone else ended up with it. Not organized at all. Customer service has completely flown out of the window. Zero stars.

Love KFC in the US. Food was sooooo good and the staff was friendly. Prices were reasonable.

They got rid of the 11 herbs and spices so it's not as good as it use to be but ok in a pinch. Their fries ar exceptional. Seems like they are putting less seasoning on them than they did at first

Disappointed. Used to great, meaty, moist chicken...unfortunately, this was the scrawniest chicken pieces we have ever seen-mostly lots of breading on our 2 crispy buckets. The sides of mashed potatoes etc. Were great, the chicken was pretty blah. We bought two large family buckets and spent a decent amount of hard earned money...hope the management doesn't blame the scrawny chicken on COVID!
