Our mail and packages are being delivered to the wrong address way to often. We need a regular carrier who can read. We also get mail for our neighbors a lot. Our house address is clearly on the house and on the mailbox. Absolutely no reason for incorrect delivery. This needs to be fixed. Sometimes important mail (time sensitive) / packages are misdelivered. Getting very annoyed!!!

Wow, I am really surprised by all the negative reviews. The Postal Workers have always been very nice to me here. Maybe the Negative Nellies have never worked in customer service and have no idea how grueling it is. Best post office, and Staff, in town as far as I'm concerned.

Very poor customer service compared to other Post Offices in places where I've lived (i.e., Anchorage, Missoula, Boise). They failed to forward mail to me several years ago after I submitted a forward notice. It cost me an interview for a job. Some of the employees are there just to collect a paycheck. They tend to go on break during the busiest times.

No. This office is not setup for passports
As long as they are mailboxes that say "approved by the postmaster General" there's no reason that you shouldn't be able to use them

Letter mail to Canada is $1.15 up to two ounces. 21 cents per additional ounce
