I visited this nail salon and received a gel fill and pedicure. I was satisfied with my pedicure but my nails were awful. The polish was lumpy and had visible streaks. I couldn’t return same day because I had to attend my daughters graduation. But I came in the next morning just to get a repolish and no one would help me. I waited around for 30 min because when I first arrived I was told that someone would help me. The lady was so rude to me and said she wasn’t fixing it she didn’t want to fix it. And everyone else just ignored me. I myself am a business owner and this is not ok. I would never turn someone away who had spent there hard earned money plus tip who was not satisfied! Please don’t support any business like this

DO NOT GO HERE. I was ONLY going here to see Hannah. The owner has a complete lack of care how he treats his guests. I went in a few days ago to see Hannah, WITH AN APPOINTMENT might I add, and he told me she wasn't there. He looked around and told me they were busy and couldn’t get me in. Then a few minutes later said he could. Regretfully, I sat down with a random girl for my acrylic nail fill. She BURNED me with the nail dremmel SEVERAL TIMES and cut my skin with nail clippers. I thought about leaving multiple times but I’m very unconfrontational so I sat through it. I left and didn’t say anything as I was on the verge of tears but called the next day and the owner REFUSES to refund me. He just keeps telling me he will fix them, but I want nothing to do with this place and just want to be reimbursed for what I went through. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Never going back and I advise you to go somewhere else. I’ve been here more than enough and every time it’s bad, kept hoping it would get better each visit. The customer service is horrible, I always get lectured on my color choice or pressured to pick a color. They just rush every person without ensuring quality in their work. My gel manicure started peeling after one week! It’s a shame their product and service doesn’t match the beautiful open salon!

So I went to get a gel full set and a pedicure before work on Wednesday. I asked for stiletto but got coffin, worst part is they didn’t even cure the gel all the way so I had bubbles of black polish popping and getting everywhere. I called them and they tell me to come back the next day and they’ll fix it. I got the same lady as the day before 🤷‍♀️ Asked her to shape my nails to stiletto again, and idk if she didn’t hear me or what, but it didn’t happen. But in the process of filing the black gel off to redo it, she filled my nails to thin? So legit the next day, a nail broke off like it was paper. Needless to say this has probably been like one of the worst experiences ever and I’m never going here again.
