She and the other tellers have only continued to be as personal, genuinely engaging and helpful since then. The entire customer experience has been above expectations, and the other aspects of banking - online and mobile - has been just as pleasant. On top of it all, when I have visited other branches, I have found their customer engagement to be just as consistent.

We were originally with First Mutual Bank. It was changed to Washington Federal. We could not be happier with this branch. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and excellent service. I could bank online but I like to go in at least once a month to make deposits just so I can chat with them.
