This place is horrible. I know it’s a Friday but I literally called 14 times in a row at 7:30 and they just let it ring for over two minutes each time until it kicked me off and I had to call back. I figured maybe it was just b/c of dinner hour but now it is 8:42 and I’ve been calling since 8:20 and they still won’t answer. Yes it is the right number I used to use this pizza regularly and call in my order. I could overlook them always forgetting my marinara but this is insane! How are you supposed to run a business this way when you won’t even accept order? I’m done. There are plenty of places to get pizza in town and I doubt I will ever go to another location even since I had such a bad experience trying to just get a simple pizza here.

Hello, I'm Erik Hernandez recently started working here at this location. Started as a job that was close enough to walk,but now I'm given an opportunity to help in a bigger way . So I'm here to admit THIS location needs improvement! So I'm staying and trying to be YOUR inside guy to make choosing little Caesars satisfying for lunch or dinner again. Voice your opinions to the manager or ask for me if I'm available. When I started they were understaffed ,that's changing,..next step is to have a friendlier face up front with you (voice your feedback) ....I'm taking the spot to IMPROVE not only the company, but improve on your wait time (I hated seeing you wait knowing it's for the family, I'm here to HELP) , your neighbor Erik

The very worst Little Caesar’s! 😩 everytime we come it’s always a long wait no matter how many people are in line, could be 1 or 6 people and there will be at least 10-15 wait. We ordered online and when we came to pick up our order IT WAS NEVER MADE! The manager looked all confused and had no customer service skills.

Ordered though pizza portal...never received email telling me order was ready. Went to pick up, entered store, no one wearing masks despite sign saying customers had to. Portal had pizzas but no names so did not know if my order was there. Employee removed pizza from portal. Pizza was burnt. Chicken was burnt. Only one employee even seemed to care. Others were flippant and very busy distracting the on worker who was actually working. Won't waste my money at this place again.
