Paid ultra premium rates for booking over a weekend with dueling concerts in the area. Proximity to Alpine is great. Staff was nice but this hotel is extremely outdated and has very limited services. Our couch was both ripped and dirty. They couldn’t find the luggage cart when we were checking out. Can not recommend.

Easy check in. Room smelled a little Like cigarettes and Marijuana but wasn't to bad. The pool and and hot tob where really nice. Overall it was great

The pool area was really nice and the breakfast spread included pancakes, cereal, milk, juice, bagels with cream cheese and bananas.

I was reading bad reviews about this place and fir my surprise everything was clean, super organizing, nothing was out of control. We like the hotel. I'm happy that i can make a better review that i was reading. If you need to be in Lake Geneva area, i recommend this hotel 🛏️
