Hands down this place has become terrible. They used to be good, but now the workers are rude, unhelpful, and lack any sort of understanding of how to interact with people. Ive had nothing but bad experiences the last few times here. The workers here are sad excuses for people.

I'm taking the time to write a review based on the absolute embarrassment of execution by this entire restaurant. I got the wrong item in my order, returned with the incorrect sandwich and receipt, was hassled about the time since my order (25 min), and the replacement sandwich WAS STILL WRONG. Not just like a condiment, I mean I twice got a hamburger instead of a chicken sandwich. The incompetence really is impressive. Place was filthy and run by people incapable of completing even the most modest of tasks.

I went to this McDonald’s today, and one they forgot my mcchicken, two they forgot my soda which I had pulled to second window and waited for them to come to the window to bring me my food and drink that they had forgot. Got home and opened my sandwich and there was a piece of hair in it. Very frustrating when you just want something quick an easy. Will not be going there again.

I didn't ask for attitude in the drive through. It seems like the attendant in window 2 has a fragile mindset. After nobody came out at the first window. I pulled to the 2nd. She was so taken back by the fact i didnt know nobody was at the first and decided to brush my unknowing with a horrendous tone and eyerolls. You're working customer service. Act right.
