Ordered online, they didn’t have sofritoes (was advertised as plant based protein, we can’t eat meat), so instead of just making the burritos without she handed us some paperwork and said we were on our own to get a refund and gave us nothing in return for a meal we had paid for. Never trying chipotle’s again. Major fail.

We’ve been coming to this chipotle for three years and have never once had anything wrong with an order or had any bad experience with staff. My daughter loves the black beans and they always give her a free side of black beans. I can’t go to the Trader Joe’s next-door without my daughter demanding to go to the chipotle for black beans!

I have rarely had a bad experience at Chipotle. My wife and I always share a chicken bowl. It's plenty of food and with chips and guac more than enough for a lunch or dinner. We tried the new asado pollo a new limited time menu addition. While it was good I like their regular chicken selection better. I've been to several different Chipotle's but I have to complement this one on their veggies. They were crisp and the onions were sweet. Sometimes they get soggy almost stewed but these were great.

I have been a fast food manager before so I know what is expected but this place is horrible, I had to return my bowl, that my girlfriend had gotten me and when I opened it (mind you I always order the steak bowl) to my surprise there was only a couple pieces of steak. I am paying for a steak bowl and I get very little steak? Okay something’s not right. I’m not upset about that, things happen. No the response of the manager on duty was very inconsiderate, and there was a lack of integrity and accountability. His response was, “well we will fix it this time but pay better attention next time. “ first of all excuse me? The fact that you didn’t put the full amount is now my girlfriends fault? Sad excuse of a manager. Shouldn’t even be one.

When I was there last time. It was ok I didn't notice them wiping tables after people left and people were using the same cups for refills at the soda machine. There was social distancing. Other than that.
Yes they have brown rice without anything in it.
