Three months in a row I've called ahead early to ensure my prescription is ready for pickup. Three months in a row I've waited in line thirty+ minutes to get to the pickup window only to be turned away and told to come back in another thirty minutes only to come back and wait again for another thirty in line.

This pharmacy has gone so far downhill the past 6 months that it now resembles a fast food experience. An excellent pharmacist, Matt Noble, is no longer working here and I can't help but think that is part of the reason. He treated me like a patient, not a customer, which is what he was taught to in his education and what CVS apparently abhors. Everytime I went to get my prescriptions he would make sure I knew which side effects to look for and would even talk to me about alternatives I may want to mention to my physician. Now that he's gone and the pharmacy seems to be staffed by college bros, I have been turned away twice for medications my physician DID accurately submit but that the college bro staff member couldn't figure out how to properly access in the computer system and no attempt was made to help me in any way, rather they suggested I leave and deal with their mistake by contacting my doctor. There is one good pharmacist left here and if I can't reliable get access to her, I'm never coming back here.

Absolutely not happy with this CVS at all - my ex was recently involved in a domestic violence injury which left her with a broken thumb - she was unable to get her meds after leaving the ER due to it being late but the next day we went to get her meds and this CVS wasn’t open until 10 am on a Monday- other CVS stores open at 7 to 8 am in the morning- we came back at almost noon and was told one prescription was ready but the other wasn’t and to come back around 2:00or 3:00 pm. Because whoever was supposed to be there at 8:00 am to get things done didn’t show up so now she is gonna take a bus back which is costing her even more money. You need to be open because people are dealing with real life issues.

Unreliable printing service! Extremely unprofessional and unaccommodating. We ordered photos to be picked up by a certain time and arrived about 10 minutes after the pickup time for a buffer. The photos hadn’t even been processed because their machine was off. We told them we had to come back later and pick them up. The woman on the phone says “sure no problem” instead of apologizing for the inconvenience they caused. The photos are horrible quality. The woman working there overheard us analyzing it and interjected, rudely saying that it was our photos, not their printer. The photos are from a professional photographer. They’re extremely high res and not smeared, grainy, nor pixelated, but the printed images they produced are very grainy, blurry, and smeared. Waste of time and money. Extremely frustrating because we needed them for an event.
