Mike is an artist! I have been coming to OV Posh for a while, taking pedicure appointments with who is available. Recently started getting acrylics again. As someone who relies on reviews, I was happy top leave one here! FINALLY! I have found the (acrylic) nail artist that loves his work, and has earned my business. MIKE has done an incredible job! First, he assessed the current state of my acrylic grow-out, and found time to remove them and apply a new set - he couldn’t fix what I came with. He explained they were thick and not shaped well to my nail bed. They also looked like more than a one week grow out. He went above and beyond what I was scheduled for, which was a fill appointment - and gave me the best nails I have ever had. The acrylics are more thin than thick, and they meet my cuticle bed. They look amazing! I’m sure there are others here that also do incredible work, but Mike is the one I had the good fortune of experiencing at this appointment today. (He didn’t even “sand” the sides of my fingers accidentally) and he didn’t seem rushed, hungry, or tired. Excellent customer experience!! The acrylics are more thin than thick, and they meet my cuticle bed. They look amazing! He also showed me photos of other nails he has done, and his nail art is so precise. ASK FOR MIKE!

I’m reviewing the service I received, I may have more to say if the double charge that showed up on my credit card is not resolved. My technician was clearly bored and distracted. I went with a friend, we had pedicure appointments, were greeted and taken to chairs on time. Her technician was sweet, methodical, and tried not to be distracted by my tech and another joking worker that had a loud conversation across the shop. I get a lot of pedicures, my number one issue is consistency between feet. One gets cuticle remover, one doesn’t. One foot gets cuticle scraped, the other doesn’t. She was so distracted! Walks away after one coat of polish, comes back with a purse over her arm and request for payment. No wonder I was double charged, she was halfway out the door…. Probably won’t be back. Nice decor but personnel is problematic, would love the name of my friend’s tech, she seemed lovely
