I called 3 competitors on December 21st trying to get my youngest son's Marucci Cherry Maple bat engraved. (I know, it was last minute but it was just delivered that day by UPS!) So they both quoted $60+ and one said they couldn't guarantee it would be done in time for Christmas . The third one, well, he gave a little lower of a quote but then he said he couldn't have it done until the 3rd week of January ... ugh! On the brink of giving up, I stumbled upon Arizona Awards and Engraving. After talking to Clementine (who I am not sure if she is the owner or not, but she should be!), and explaining my dilemma, sending her a few pictures of what I wanted to do, she proceeded to blow me away... Not only did she quote me the BEST price of the three, but she went so far above and beyond normal customer service in order to get my son's bad in the very next morning! She had my son's bat completed and back in our hands before the close of business on the 22nd! Clementine was an absolute miracle worker and I am extremely grateful by her immediate willingness to help my son's Christmas hopes come to fruition! Because of Clementine, Arizona Awards and Engraving has a lifelong custom . I will refer anybody and everybody to use and promote this small yet Big-Hearted business!
