The service has declined at this location. It seemed very short staffed, very chaotic. I order my stuff from the online app and this last time I ordered, I called 20 minutes after the time on the app set it to be done to find out the store had my order, and it was done, but hadn't been scanned so that I knew it was done on the app. When I finally got the order a half hour after it had been done, it was lukewarm at best. The staff didn't seem to care one way or the other. This customer has a choice not to use this company

This is what my order of crazy bread looked like when I took it out of the package. Looks like they squished it together they also aren't even fully cooked. Worth traveling the extra time to another location.

I don't usually have a problem with this location, but this is the pizza I received tonight. I didn't care enough to go back to the store to complain, but I thought I should post it so someone else can be sure to check their pizza before they leave the store.

You would have to call the actual location, but normally a lot of places are nice and willing to help with things like that.
All resturaunts are gonna have a struggle with training and serving during the 'Pandemic'. Using the app or in person is going to be most effective.
Yes you have to wait outside here to. They only allow 3 people in store at once including staff.
