DO NOT BUY CIGARETTES FROM THIS 7-ELEVEN! I asked for a carton of Marlboro menthols. When I got home and took the carton out of the bag, I realized they gave me a carton of Marlboro menthols slivers. When called the store the next day, they said they didn't even have Marlboro menthols in stock. I feel like they just gave me whatever menthols they had in stock instead of telling me they were out. When I went back to the store a couple of days later they refused to do an exchange or refund my money. They said it's policy when tobacco leaves the store even though they gave me the wrong kind and put them in a bag so I had no ideal till the next day. I feel cheated out of $85 from this location as they sold me the wrong item and are completely unwilling to correct the situation.

This 7/11 is one if my favorite one, Excellent customer service as always, specifically the restroom is so clean and they allow everyone to use it, I come almost 4 days aweek during my lunch breake & warm up my lunch

The female cashier/clerk was Very Nasty to Customers. BAD Customers service and BAD attitude.
