She made several nice and professional recommendations to enhance my style. In this business, the social skills, personality, and behavior of the stylist matter alot, and often make your experience. Kailonnie was exceptional in these ways. If she is not already managing several stores she should be in the very near future. Great location, nice facility, exceptional service.

I had a computer reservation for 1pm..I arrived at 1245.. never greeted, or asked my name, just ignored. 6 people ahead of me. 2 people working. you have lost a customer. Yes i am old, but i sure can spead the word about poor service.
