Standard McD's fare, but the fries--as always--were great. Quality control is spotty, as evidenced by my receiving a regular Coke, instead of the ordered Diet Coke.

First of all McDonald’s rewards is a joke. You can only use one reward item per purchase. So the thousands of points I accumulated expired after a few months. Rewards shouldn’t expire those points are earned. Does McDonald’s expect people to eat there everyday just to use earned rewards? For example Chick-fil-A rewards can all be used in one purchase. More than one item not like McDonald’s. Anyways the McDonald’s on leisure town Road is famous for forgetting an item in ordered. 90% of the time orders are wrong. Either missing item or made wrong. The worst a fast food place can do to your order is not give you what you paid for. I don’t not recommend McDonald’s for customer service and consistency of food. McDonald’s I give you and easy 1 grade out of 5. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 I am no longer eating McDonald’s ever again.

The one time I had a craving for an apple fritter, this McDonald's doesn't sell them for whatever reason. LOL. I got the chocolate chip cookies instead. They are pretty good, like home baked. 🍪

We stopped there yesterday Tuesday December 10, 2019 about 5am. 2 people inside working lights on, door locked. I tried the door again, and looked for an open hours sign, got a dirty look. I'd already tried the "24 hr" at 100 Main Street, Woodland, CA at 3:30am and it was JET BLACK inside. So planned on getting snacks at the gas station. To our left the door to McD's WIDE OPEN we ask "Are you open?" "NO!" was the reply. Alrighty then. SOMEONE NEEDS TO REMIND THEM WHAT HAPPENS WITH FALSE ADVERTISING!
Despite of what you might have heard or read that talking to a manager about it is a good idea, the sad truth is IT DOES VERY LITTLE. Managers may make you feel better, but that's about it. They roll their eyes afterwards. It's a waste of time! You're just ONE OUT OF HUNDREDS of customers that come in to their store everyday. The crew gets what they deserve. Be rude to the them if they're rude to you. Don't let anyone treat you bad.
