Omg delicious like always!!! Same as I remember it and everything tasted wonderful!! I went for my birthday and we were a pretty big party they were nice and food was done quickly so yes definitely go eat there I have been going there since I was a lil girl with my parents ... Memories and new ones created ☺️ Loved it!!

The cooks have changed. Please bring the previous cook back. The service was very good but the food did not taste the same. The hot and sour soup was missing most of the vegetables and some of the chicken. The ingredient that makes what looks like black lines was missing. If this was the first time going there it would have been my last. Over 30 years ago was my first visit and I loved the food. As owners changed the food had the same great taste. I hope it was just a bad day. I will go again to find out another time.

Live in Mesa but, whenever i have business in Phoenix i definitely make way to New Garden. Its an ALL TIME CLASSIC minus the hype. True crowd pleaser every time.,...

This is the best Chinese food, in Phoenix hands down. It's a small little place, but the food is outstanding. Stop here every couple weeks usually, and they always amaze me with how fresh the food is, and how good the service is. Parking is in the back of the building or along the street next to it. I've never noticed any handicap parking. The average about $10 per plate.
