It’s a decent wash, but is hit and miss if you actually get the wash you pay for. I have to go through more than once regularly, to either A) Get the wash I pay for B) Get the car to thoroughly get washed and dried (the dryers are mediocre) C) The rinse cycle is sometimes so bad, along with the dryers, there is literally soap, wax, etc all over the back half of the vehicle when coming out of the wash…. I have been a member for months and months. Not really a better deal for their top line wash at $30 a month. I visit them across the valley daily. Some have way better customer service than others. This particular one on Greenfield has friendly customers service, but not very informative. They try everything they know to do though, and I give them credit for that. The “scanners” at wash entry seem to have a problem daily here as well. I’m still a member as of this review, but highly considering making a switch.

I had a ceramic car wash from here, which is the top tier. Car wash was ok? Doesn't seem like it would be worth the $20. I had new little scratches on my car and lots of dust on the back and marks still around the car that I had to wipe off. Vacuums weren't very strong but did the job! Overall just an ok experience. Not bad, but not outstanding. Hope this helps 👍

Greg was absolutely amazing yesterday in helping me out with my membership! I've had issues for months with it not reading not only did he fix it while I was drying my car off, but he had me go back to the gate to make sure it read me! I will always come back to see Greg he was extremely nice and even though he looked extremely busy, he took him time to make sure that my situation was fixed! I wish all managers where like him! Thank you Greg!

SUPER place to wash your car! Great monthly deal, vacuums, towels and great service. Jeff is always professional and I’ve see him handle disgruntled (at times out of line customers) with respect. He is a great representative for the company. I bring my Titan in every week and my wife’s once a month and will continue to do so.
