I don't think there is enough space to write the glowing review I'd like to give these guys. I was traveling thru and the sewer hose on my roadtrek split. It's attached and a real pain to get to. I called and unlike the other 4 RV repair places in the area who were booking a month out, these guys told me to bring it. They had to stop work on a boat they were working on due the part not arriving and they took my rig in right away. Not only did they fix my hard to fix problem, they also replaced the drain trap on my sink. All in 2 hours and at a very reasonable rate. Thank you thank you thank you- you saved my trip!!

Do not buy anything from here. I bought a brand new $360 rv wastewater toter from here. When i got back to the campsite and opened the box it was split at the seam. I then called them and explained what had happened. Not a drop of wastewater or grey water had been in it. They told me i could not return it. I had to take it up with the manufacture. I never shopped at a place where i could not return an unused item that was broke. They then told me that they had sold one last week and the same thing happened to another person. You would think they would check the remaining inventory and stand behind a product they sell. Worst customer service!

Whatever you do, don't take your rv to this business. We called them several weeks before we had an appointment to bring them our motorhome. They said they would be able to fix all our problems. We brought the coach in on our scheduled time and day(Tues) . I hadn't heard back from them by Friday so I called them. On Saturday I received a call from the owner saying they couldn't do any of the repairs. No explanation.

Great service! I came at the last minute since we were searching the whole time for one part that no one had lol. Instead of telling me to leave, the guy opened the store back up just to help me out. They only had one model for the item I needed which turned out to be the wrong one. They gladly allowed me to return the item. I will definitely go to them first for any of my RV needs in the future!!
