Old Orchard Beach Cottages

We have already booked the Sea Side cottage again! We stayed last week for the first time, although we have been coming to OOB for summer stays for 10 years now. I truly cannot say enough great things about the experience. Leslie and Paul were very responsive and helpful from booking through check out. The rate was highly reasonable, especially since you are mere steps from the beach...you could literally see the ocean from several windows in the house and hear the waves, as well. The proximity came in handy since my father is getting older and having to walk an easy, level couple of steps as opposed to the quarter mile or more we are used to when staying at OOB was so convenient. I am such a stickler for cleanliness and the cottage checked that box and then some! To say the cottage was tidy would be an understatement. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large living/dining area, linens provided, washer/dryer, and all the creature comforts and spaciousness of home, we wanted for nothing. We really enjoyed using the grill and having the outdoor patio dining set on site, as well. Another neat feature is the ability to use the heated pool at the motel next door--the kids (and my husband) loved that on the chillier days! The cottage was a quick walk to the pier and a quick drive to everything else in the area. I am already counting down the days 'til next year. Thank you to Paul and Leslie for providing an amazing home away from home.

This review is long overdue as we last stayed at the beginning of August 2021. We have been renting from Leslie and Paul for years now and we cannot say enough great things about them and the properties they manage! We have stayed at the Beach Breeze Cottage since it's renovation and we love it! We have a family of four and it is the perfect size and so close to the beach. We love its location as its close enough to the pier for a great walk to experience the entertainment but far enough away not to deal with the hustle and bustle late at night with all of the bars/restaurants and playland. Leslie and Paul are super responsive with any questions or concerns you may have and the place is always immaculate when we arrive...and cold too thanks to the central air! With all of the comforts of home with it's well furnished living area and rooms along with it's well stocked kitchen, you only need to supply a desire to relax and enjoy the salt and the sun. As far as other vacation rentals in the area go, you will be hard pressed to find a better location for kids, a cleaner more updated cottage and great assistance if needed. We can't wait for the email next January from Leslie to confirm next years vacation! Book it soon...just not during our week! lol :)

I spent 3 weeks here with my mom, dad, and sister and it was a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable experience. I can't say enough good things about the property, location, and owners. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and at home. The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. Everything you need is there - well furnished kitchen and a washer and dryer. You are right on the beach - step outside and onto the sand. We went to sleep every night to the sound of the ocean. Leslie, Paul and Stella are incredible people (and a very sweet dog). I want to come back every year!

We were here For 5 days 4 nights and it was perfect. We had the studio cottage and loved it! The cottage and grounds are immaculate. Everything is provided. Towels are like towels you would have in your house, not cheap scratchy ones. Plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils, dishes, etc. Grill outside and a beautiful deck with table and chairs. Leslie and Paul, the owners are the nicest people and are very attentive to the little details. They are very easy to talk to and are willing to help out any way they can if need be. And Stella! What a sweet pup! My grand daughter loved playing with her! We highly recommend Old Orchard Beach Cottages and we can't wait to go back!
