Very Disappointed with Chase Bank. Went in Right after they opened. Wanted to open a new Account. Was told they were too busy, but could make me an appointment for next week. I have been a Chase Customer for many years with 2 other accounts and a Credit Card. Thank You Charles Schwab for welcoming my Money. Good Bye Chase. I will be cancelling all my accounts.

Worst branch! Dont even try to call! They will never answer! Also the drive thru are usuay rude except one older gal is "usually" in a good mood there but rare to get her anymore! Also the ATM never works, especially for deposits like ever and weeks in between!

Just setup an account with them here. The banker who helped me was corrine, she was super nice and very knowledgeable. My entire experience here was both highly professional and very friendly. Be aware, all teller transactions are through the drive thru, which is understandable right now. Dont believe the bad reviews here, any issues are easily solvable, if people are willing to follow directions. Great customer service, and the same rules for everyone. Everything you can hope for in a financial institution.

I am extremely disappointed with this branch. Not only myself, but my daughter has been to this branch several times and both have banked with Chase for several years. Every time I go, the lines are extremely long, and there is only one teller to help with the customers in line. The particular teller I had, which also turns out to be the assistant Manager Heather, was very slow and not personable at all. My daughter had gone in to make a withdrawal and had some questions regarding Bonds. Apparently, she was being helped by the same person I always get, Heather. Well, the next day my daughter checked her account online and it was -$970 due to this branch ending their relationship with her and sending her direct deposit back to her employer. I am beyond disappointed with Chase and will be removing all 6 of my accounts along with spreading the word about this particular branch. It is completely inexcusable to be this unprofessional. When calling the branch manager, I was hung up on. There is no reason for such a horrible branch to even be open.

I havent see anything so far when i made my account they were very upfront abiut everything a small charge on the account till it crested a certain amount a reasonable overdraft fee but you can make it so that you cant overdraft at all if you go through the app there is no fee to send money to other chase users i cant speak about the credit or savings accounts only the checking
