At all the other taco bell I have been to the taco shells are fresh. These fall apart on your first bite. This happened to me about 3 times now and I will not go back.

Rude staff, consistently old food and worst of all...they are majorly up-marked on cost. Average price for a chalupa is 3.20. So that's 7.45 after tax. Here, 10 bucks.

I made the mistake of trying to redeem a reward at this Taco Bell. Taco Bell's reward program through the mobile app is a bad joke. I've been trying to get it to work in different cities around Arizona since last fall. The rewards don't come through. One place in Prescott told me that it can take up to 30 minutes for it to come through. I finally gave up for a while. But I thought I'd give it another try tonight. My mistake! I ordered ahead of time and I went to the Taco Bell to pick it up. Sure enough the order hadn't come through. They said if I wanted to pull around and wait in the parking lot then they would do it when the order came through. If I wanted to wait I wouldn't have ordered it online! And the young woman at the window really didn't care. ou could tell she wasn't used to doing any critical thinking. She certainly wasn't going to be a problem solver. I told her to forget it and left. I deleted my rewards. I went online to Taco Bell to try and let them know what was going on. I went through the whole process and at the end of it instead of submitting my comments, the only option I was given was to start an order! Unbelievable! What a scam!

A lot of the one star reviews here are about the food. I feel the same way, but this review is more about the customer service: The bottom line is that they were very rude. I was on a motorcycle and they had no accommodation for me and even messed up my order. I get that a motorcycle may seem inconvenient but they were not willing to work with me and acted very short. I was trying to be patient and work with them but it seemed they were annoyed simply because they had to deal with the inconvenience of having a motorcycle in the line. I even had to wrap around and go through the line again because the food was not ready the first time around. Regardless of if you own a motorcycle or not, they should be a little nicer and accommodating to the people visiting their location.
