Didn't have to buy anything but I asked over the phone if it was possible to have my current setup looked at as I was having issues with it upon returning from overseas. They told me to stop by the next day and one of the workers came by to check it out. He helped me get everything working and showed me different things to try out before having to purchase anything new. I have my whole system working flawlessly with his help!

Incredibly rude when I went there to choose the new head unit I wanted. Annoyed with any basic questions about install or function. Came back a month later for my install, they needed 60 more dollars for some reason after paying them already. Some ginger kid with a horrible attitude started fighting with his boss about writing up an invoice. Just a bad bad experience, would not recommend.

Brought my car in to have an Intoxalok installed. They messed up the wiring. Dashboard lights wouldn't come on and the battery was draining in an hour, likely a grounding issue. I called to tell them about it but they wouldn't take me seriously, said it was highly unlikely as this was their "bread and butter," told me not to expect them to find anything, and couldn't get me in for another six weeks. I called Auto Radiator Services, they listened, ran me through the possibilities and tests they could run, had me in later that afternoon, and fixed it within an hour. And what do you know, it was exactly what I told SoundShapers it might be - the ground wire was loose and the lights were unplugged. Never going there again.

We can install a sub system into a factory radio. There will usually be a couple of parts needed to properly interface to the factory system, but we have them here for most applications.

We don't supply pulse dividers. We do install taxi meters/top lights, but need the customer to supply the equipment.
Our labor rate is $84/hour. We charge $70/hour for equipment purchased at SoundShapers. A system check to determine the cause of your issue would probably run between 15 minutes and 1 hour.
