Gretchen is professsional, efficient, and friendly. The lobby isn't connected to their garage in a different part of the shared building, so sometimes they're between the two places or picking someone up/dropping off.. which is understandable for a small office.... Much better options here over the hard-to-get-to airport competitors, and the Enterprise rates are much better.

I can't say enough about this particular location. Not only were they expedient and thoughtful while we were dealing with a broken down vehicle being out of state, but after all was said and done and we returned home to realize we had left a very important package in the car; Zack took the time to bring that package to UPS so that we could make arrangements to have it sent to us! Outstanding service! Above and beyond.

Top service! We got rejected unexpectedly from another car rental at knox airport (after successfully making an online reservation there) because we were both 24 years old and had the wrong kind of master cards (they rejected even regional cards from Bank of Camden). On the other hand, Enterprise car rental simply asked for an additional deposit for under-aged drivers which has been paid back after returning the car. Enterprise car rental saved our day and our trip in Maine :)
