If you want good help do not go to Shasta regional. I took my mother there because she was in so much pain she couldn't walk. All they did was ask her some questions, told her to ice it and wrote her a prescription before discharging. She ended up calling an ambulance 3 days later because she couldn't even get out of bed and told them she didn't want to go to regional so they took her to Mercy Medical where they took x-rays and saw that her hip was broken all the way through. She had to have surgery and was in rehab to help her walk again for three months. How can a hospital completely miss and send someone home with a broken bone and in so much pain. We will never be going there again and I do not recommend to anyone.

One of the worst hospital in northern California. Nurses are physically and mentally abusive to patients in the mental health ward. They lie on medical records to cover up the abuse, they push pills on patients with out any meetings with a doctor, no real help or proper services are provided, and when you report any problems with staff and mistreatment you are laughter at and told they can do whatever they want to you.

Twice now, following my C19 vaccination, I have been to this ER. Their staff is wonderful, friendly, and professional. They are also extremely knowledgeable and explain things in a way that even us lay persons can understand. I feel well cared-for here and given the respect I have come to expect from medical professionals. The doctors seem to me to be scientifically objective (in other words, open-minded and not politically brainwashed) which helps me to trust their professional opinions. I didn't even draw the correlation at first, but when their doctor did I was extremely grateful they brought it to my attention so I did not injure my heart further. ♥ This is a pleasant and stark contrast to the treatment from the other "medical game" in town (of whom my primary care physician is aligned.) SRMC will always be my go-to for emergency services.

Spending time in an ER is never a pleasant experience. But the staff was very good and friendly. Jonathan Raney was so kind and efficient and really made me feel he went above and beyond to resolve my problems. The front desk staff should be a little more conscientious about enforcing mask mandates, I actually told them at one point that I would wait outside as there were too many patients not keeping masks on.

Apply for medical "what"? Medical "treatment"? Yes. Medical "insurance"? No. Medical "employment". Maybe.
That over 50 years ago. I would ask how long that they keep there filles before they destroyed them. Or did they keep them on microfilm or flops. The hospital has gone through some changes since then. Make sure you have the SS number. And you must be the parents or that patient I don't think other family members can get those files expect by Court order. I hope that this helps.
Currently Lunch is Mon-Fri 11am to 1:30pm. They have also "Grab & Go" counter with posted hours of: Mon-Fri 11am-3pm and Sat-Sun 11am-2pm.
