Aztec Mountain is the most photogenic I've seen. There is great hiking and the view from up top is forever. There are old mines, cool rock hunting and varied wildlife such as bobcat, deer, mountain sheep, coyote and even a black wolf was spotted. Hawks make their nests in the peaks and it's just a beautiful place to appreciate what our desert has to offer.
